Real Fiction by Joel Love and Exertion/Distortion by Paul Wadle

I collaborated with two University of Houston student composers who created original works inspired by Inbound: Houston (Inbound: Houston, Creative Capital Foundation, Houston, Texas, October 26-November 22, 2009). On November 16, 2009 the works were performed live at Moores Opera Center and were accompanied by two videos I created. Following the event, the featured compositions, "Real Fiction" by Joel Love and "Exertion/Distortion" by PaulWadle, were available via podcast on KUHF—Houston’s Public Media station. Drivers were encouraged to listen to the compositions while traveling on the commuter freeway, as they caught glimpses of the altered billboards.
